Nascar tickets, discounts on cars, free gas if your sleeping with the right people, you do bond with some really great people.
Cons
If you're not of manager status you are just a replaceable pawn to them and they will get rid of you with no hesitation. I watched it go on for way to long. A sales person was caught getting gas in his personal vehicle and he was fired immediately. A manager was caught with proof of doing it for months on end and hundreds of dollars worth. She didn't even get a slap on the wrist. It's disgusting how they play favorites. All the way to the sales team. And no one speaks up about it. Oh and they dont pay anything. When I left, my direct supervisor went around telling people he was forced to fire me. So I had to message him and stop that before it got out of hand.
