Pros

Birthday day off. 2 days at home.

Cons

Pretty much everything. A lot of conflict in the office, because of one person who likes to micro manage and spy on others. Nobody dares say anything about it though they should. Atmosphere is awful, really quiet. A couple of people have opened up about having bad mental health from working there. It started to affect me in the end. They will delay your probation and get rid of you because they ‘think the job isn’t what you was expecting’, even though I applied for office admin, and I was a customer service person? Really bad management apart from one member of management. Was told I would get good reference however didn’t even bother to pick up the phone or reply to the reference email to help me get another job. People who work at home leave everything to you. Shocking company. I don’t know how they are still going with the staff they have. I love where I am now and it made me realise how toxic this place is.
