Have worked with big companies like Dell, Deloitte, Amazon and Tech-Mahindra and one common observation is that all companies are well defined, planning and process is in place and therefore less scope for one to grow or to redefine something that is already well defined and successful. Doesn’t change the fact that these are great companies to work with, however, the employees who made these companies are greater. Every employee at Loylogic today has an opportunity to be that greater employee who can make Loylogic great and highly successful. I have completed three years here and have had a lot of growth opportunities. End of year 1 - Promoted as Sr. Merchant Support Coordinator End of year 2 - Promoted as Merchant Operations Manager End of year 3 - Promoted as Merchant Relationship Manager Many people work hard, but not all get an opportunity to grow. I have worked with same dedication and passion with all companies in past but only Loylogic could offer growth and that was possible as they could recognise my work and ONLY because they had an opportunity to offer that I could fit in. Loylogic is a land of opportunities for those willing to work hard. Management has been able to create so much transparency in the process that there is hardly any scope for politics. Any growth opportunity is strongly supported with data so its an equal and fair opportunity for all competitors. I have had best managers here. I have observed that management here invests a lot of time in people’s growth. They trust you a lot and do not do micromanagement. They also guide you at professional and personal level when needed. If you have an idea, they are here to support you get there in best possible way. However, one can not always get but has to also give, so when there are situations where things are not working in your favour, one needs to trust the management as they trust you many a times, what comes is ultimately best for you, be it direct growth or feedback that will lead you towards growth. For those wanting to join Loylogic, I strongly recommend you join the company and do your best and you will enjoy all relevant rewards and recognition the company has to offer.

Cons

Its a comparatively small company so cannot offer transportation Not a lot of opportunity for on-site, however, short duration visits happen when needed Company events frequency has reduced, am sure its being worked on and soon things will be back in action

Pros

Work culture used to be good 3-4 years ago, but not anymore.

Cons

Very unstable company. They don't respect their employees and their contribution, fire them when any client is gone. Their CTO thinks he knows everything, but in reality he does not have any technical or leadership skills. He does not have any ability to listen to the employees. No work life balance. You will work for long working hours without any appreciation. Very minimal growth both in technical and monetory terms. Company has gone to such a low level that they don't even think before firing office boy.

Lacks professionalism, insanely horrible

Pros

Did not find anything positive that can be mentioned! Evening snacks! No dress code. Not much processes in anything.

Cons

It never felt to be working for an IT company but a family run grocery shop. There is rarely any professionalism here. No appraisals as well until you become too vital and threaten them in the most crucial times. Many small groups and too much politics. Not much technical opportunities, working with old technologies. Company does not have any ambition to develop new things too! No work life balance as well. Earlier they had annual trips but now those are also vanished and no dinner parties as well! Will never suggest anybody to risk carrier joining here.
