      Worst law firm to work for

      Pros

      Snacks and food in the break room.

      Cons

      No Training. They basically throw you in and spit you out without a warning. This is by far the worst company to work for. They really do set people up for failure. DO NOT apply here. The staff is burnt out, and poor management. There is a huge turnover rate. They are constantly hiring new people, and apparently allot of people either get fired, quit after a year or just quit on the spot. Did I mention there is no training? It's also a weird, sketchy vibe. I just hope no ones else wastes their time applying at this place...it isn't worth it. Very dissapointing.

      Great Firm For Its Industry

      Pros

      Worked for a talented, respectable, and understanding managing partner. Manageable billable hours. Sensitive to inclusion. Constant flow of team bonding activities, lunch, snacks, water, coffee, and celebrations. Excellent training if working under the right partner/senior attorney.

      Cons

      A few vocal and unpleasant partners/senior attorneys to deal with. Difficult clients at times. Inconsistent quality expectations and standards from assigning partners/attorneys to another. Billable hours are often cut on work completed for certain clients. Not everyone follows the "no jerk" policy.
