Pros

I only made it to my second day.

Cons

My second day I was outted as being transgender and the people I was working with were extremely disrespectful misgendering me and sharing transphobic stories and their hatred for transgender people. They made very clear they were aware of the company's discrimination policy and knew exactly what they were doing. I've never experienced this before anywhere else. I left and went to HR to inform them I would be leaving and had no desire to work somewhere that people felt so comfortable discussing this topic in such a manner.

Pros

There really are none. 4 weeks of vacation after 9 years is nice. But you need it working here. Most of the people are good workers.

Cons

Promotions are not EARNED, they are GIVEN. You are in prison, you are a number not an individual. The list goes on.

Pros

Longevity of employees. Most people are great.

Cons

No work/life balance. Lozier should be your life. The better you are the worse you get treated and you carry the lions share of the workload, while the less competent skate by, usually making more money. Still being run like it was 25 years ago.
