Pros
You get to put many different hats on head at the same project, means you will learn fast a lot on the fly. If you are a new graduate looking for hands on experience in industrial, this might help.
Cons
Occasionally weekend call, long hours during crops production when all customers call for service. New owner seems more interested in oil field so hours might get longer. You do new design when seasons are slowing down. Looking at somewhere else for better pay and benefits.
