      Pros

      It’s a great small company with excellent benefits. Great people all around owners/managers/coworkers. You can learn a lot if you are willing to put forth the effort.

      Cons

      Oil and gas goes through boom and bust cycles. Sometimes you are really busy and other times not so much. Also, coverage can get pretty thin if a few people in a department go one vacation at once but that’s to be expected.

      Pros

      There is much to learn there... friendly people, and easy environment for personal growth, since there isn't much for professional growth.

      Cons

      Horrible culture! The company doesn't have a unified vision or mission. Having 4 owners, none of which are business minded or savvy who also can never agree causes instability in the workforce. Morale is abysmal. Very management top heavy!
