Pros

pay, benefits are very good, dedicated positive employees

Cons

Experienced management is being let go to bring in 30 to 40 something age males that sound and look good but don't have much experience. Promoting disfunctional vice presidents to senior level is very discouraging for all. Little or no recognition for high achievement and significant contribution. SVP and VP's sitting in their offices ignoring what is really happening in their teams and with issues/projects. Its more important how you look and sound than what you deliver.

There are no pros there!

Cons

Toxic working environment. Favouritism. Bullying and intimidation is permitted. Passive-aggressive communication is common. Gas-lighting. Walking on egg-shells all the time. Senior Management and HR do not care. Singled out by manger and undermining, humiliated in front of others and in private.

This is a terrible company to work for. They could not care less about the employees and the work environment is terrible. There are absolutely no values or work culture, it is the most unprofessional environment I have even been in.
