Pros

1. Work Timings (08:00 AM to 04:00PM) for general shift management employee. 2. Food 3. Snacks 4. Tea Coffee 5. If you can say yes to whatever management says, you can be here forever. (Believe me, if you are in management or support services, you can work here even at 75 years of age, so no worries about retirement)

Cons

1. Forget about increments coming in time. Appraisal forms will reach you well in advance, you will be forced to fill it very fast with loadsssss of supporting documents to be attached, but at last you will be made to wait for at least 8 months before you get your ratings finalised and increments given. The best part is, when you get your increments paper, you can see another set of sheets attached. (Yes you are right, next year appraisal paper). 2. Promotion for deserved is a joke. It's all based on number of promotions allotted this year, and it will be based on seniority and not on meritocracy. 3. Bright minds leave the company, and the company will start cribbing on low department performance, will put pressure on them to perform. At no point they will understand the truth. 4. 6 days a week, need to stretch and work for 10 hours a day on an average, will make you forget your family. 5. Zero acceptance towards moving into new technology. Still a paperwork company when all the other companies are moving towards ERP. So if you are from HR department, forget moving to another company which is technologically stronger than this or if they are using any ERP. Here you will be using only paper pencil for everything. 6. Manufacturing plant is sooo old that there are machines that are still running (seriously?) And I don't know why the company is resistant towards moving into new technologies. 7. People at top management keep talking in meetings and mails about the issues happening in other companies or competitors. But they forget about their own company. 8. Your learning curve will exponentially go down if you stay here for more than 3 years and you will start enjoying saying yes to whatever happens. 9. Zero clarity on your roles and responsibilities. You won't know what you are doing, why you are doing, but your department head will want you to do that and get a result because the top management wants that. 10. All the employees here work to satisfy the top management and not the customers. For those with this mentality, this company is a heaven.

Pros

From my 4 years of experience during my role as a GET to Engineer 1. Sunday holiday 2. Peer People were friendly and supportive 3. Nicely framed work timing for general shift (8 am - 4.30 pm) 4. Company provides uniforms and shoes along with food 5. Greenery ambience to walk around during lunch breaks 6. Many departments under one roof & could explore without much restrictions 7. Conducting yoga classes and other sessions for the mental health of employees 8. Training facilities by external professionals 9. Training sessions on soft skills

Cons

Don't reject the offer letter on reading the below comments if you do not have any other offers with you! But, make a note on below points and work on yourself either to change the work environment or to shift to other career paths. 1. Made me to feel incompetent with not much transferrable skills at the end of 4 years after being placed through college on-campus 2. Too much of micro-management 3. Over documentation 4. Workplace bullying by senior people 5. Promoting presenteeism ( 8 - 4.30 pm is the general shift time but most of the senior managers expect us to stretch after working hours without having a critical work to do) 6. 6 days work. It is not 48 hours but it is of 60 hours in most departments. Workaholic culture 7. Poor people management strategy 8. No team outing - no proper recognition 9. Pay scale growth is poor on comparing with similar MNC automotive companies 10. You can observe credibility thefts here. 11. Work From Home (WFH) is not at all encouraged even during critical times like COVID for employees who have system works predominantly. 12. Sometimes, by some higher authority positional powers, you may be treated like slaves to get the work done.

Pros

Only the Brand Lucas TVS

Cons

Highly political people. Rumour mongers which is culture of people A barking CEO without culture HR containing bunch of Jokers and do not have flavour of HR concepts. All make shift personnel handling HR process Old dead woods roaming around with handful of politics and always look scope to spread politics which has blessings of the management. Unprofessional and unethical work culture Zero work life balance Biased managers with finding fault with others and cleverly transfer their mistakes on innocent professional persons. Totally missed professionalism and management believe in dramas Unmindful management and believe in biased performance rating. Looking human resources as liability rather than asset. Professionals and performers cannot choose this place to work Well designed slavery system which reminds culture before centuries
