Pros
They pay well...which means they obviously don't know how to treat people well.
Cons
If you choose to work at Lucifer Lighting, you should know in advance that the family members who are working for this business will absolutely treat you like garbage. Every single time. It might not happen in the first six months, and it might be wrapped in catered Thanksgiving lunches and really expensive office furniture, but it will absolutely happen eventually. They'll not do what they're supposed to do or they'll be unable to make a key decision or they'll fail to give you information that you need to know, and then they'll write you up for not knowing what was in their heads but never communicated to you. I'm not exaggerating. Don't believe me? When you interview, ask people how long they've been there. Most will say less than 2 years. And if they don't, ask to meet a few more people. Then ask whether ownership follows the same rules as the rest of the employees. It'll be pretty clear that the horrible things people say about working here are true. Just in the last six or seven months, they've lost their CFO, VP of operations, VP of customer service, manufacturing lead, and so many others. If they can't keep talent for more than two years, why would you waste your time there?
