Pros
The co-founder is a genuinely a nice guy, and I'm sure th original dream he had for his company was really nice too. You can tell he cares about his company, but unfortunately he lost control of it and probably all of the good things he once invisioned his company and work culture to be.
Cons
I watched so many good people get canned, pushed out, give up and leave willingly. Many high level management positions were replaced with hires driven by nepotism and filled with inexperience and toxicity with the obvious intention of draining the company dry. Nobody knows what they are doing, or whats going on at any given time, literally, nobody. Not because of a lack of talent, but really, proper management, guidance and transparency. All they know how to do is hire fancy contractors to constantly dig them out of a ditch, or clean up their mess one way or another. Employees outwardly complain, it is no longer taboo to talk about how horrible it is. I do not recommend working here to anybody.
