- Great benefits - Employees stay for a long time - Culture focused on safety - The new GM is really trying to build a new way of running the company in a innovative way

Cons

- Being bought out by Mitsubishi has created a confusion of where we are among all the other affiliate companies. Not a lot of communication coming from our parent company, which is not Lucite's fault but does cause lack of transparency - A history of secretiveness , lack of communication, leadership team not in tune with rest of the organization

extremely hard underpaid work, no extra for nights bank holidays ect. no opportunities to advance, poor management with normal employees
