      Good people - not always in control

      Some of the best people I’ve ever worked with. 90% care about the residents and helping people.

      Cons

      2 cons: pay is below market value - and you have to be okay with it. Second, it’s a nursing home. You’re going to get messy, even in IT.

      The residents are nice. There are some helpful CNA's at times who believe in teamwork.

      Cons

      There are also some unhelpful CNA's & nurses. Bad attitudes and hard to approach. Toxic work environnment, depending on who you're working alongside.
