Easy work, 40 hour work weeks, good PTO policy, provide osha 10 training (probably other as well) at no cost

Cons

Toxic employees, mainly hot outdoor work (wastewater treatment plant stench), poor leadership, lazy culture among employees, office to field relationships strained/poor
