Pros

Flight benefit. Nice colleagues. Gaining airline knowledge. Chance to work overseas if you are flexible. Depends on your department, they could give you flexible working hours.

Cons

Their priority is about cost cutting and not customer service and efficiency. Wasting money on short sighted business plans. Top management is out of touch. Low wage considering the stress and responsibility. Not much career development.

- work requires little knowledge of the business - training is provided

Cons

- office equipment was old and worn out - working hours hard to plan around - salary just above the minimum by law - salary caped at entry level office clerk

Pros

Flight benefits with heaps of airlines very often also in business class

Cons

treated like children, as soon as someone gets a position they are brain washed. The CEO is closing down well established locations and open new ones in low cost countries like Phillipines, cheap wages but also cheap service
