      Very supportive colleagues, some of whom possess extensive experience in the travel and aviation technology sectors. High degree of autonomy to not only meet responsibilities, but also define them.

      Cons

      Work can be ambiguous and very spontaneous at times, but that's in line with any role in an innovation-focused organisation.
