Pros
Nice people, good if you don't have much education.
Cons
Not much room for movement. Takes forever to promote people. They really undervalue their employees and usually don't appreciate someone until that person leaves. They lack respect for people. Send emails are trying to speak to upper level management was extremely difficult and responses were never received. Really a deadend job with not much room for improvement, and low compensation.
