Even with the passing of time, I continue to feel like a valued part of the team. The company fosters a culture of community, innovation, collaboration, and genuine care for its employees. Additionally we continue to value DEI&B initiatives. I have found Leadership to be incredibly invested in our future and approachable / supportive. It's clear that they genuinely care about our people and professional growth. What truly sets Lulu apart is the people. I find that our teams are some of the most talented, smart, passionate, and kind individuals I’ve ever worked with. There's a strong sense of teamwork and mutual respect that makes every interaction feel like a shared success. Cons
No cons really. Lulu does their best to provide equitable salaries, great benefits, and a professional work environment. The only thing I can think of is that generally speaking, we are a lean company. Bring your "A game" as we are a small but mighty and Lulu really likes to see your best efforts as far as performance goes.
