Team’s sharp and genuinely kind—feels like you’re working with people who want to build something great and enjoy the ride while doing it. The product’s in a space that actually excites people (rare!) and you can see your work make an impact. No weird politics or layers of fluff—just good energy and a lot of folks who care.
Cons
Things move fast, which is exciting but also means you’ve got to be okay with a bit of ambiguity or figuring things out as you go. Not everything’s buttoned up yet—but honestly, that’s kind of the fun of it.

The team at Luma is one of the best in the industry - everyone working there is simply incredible. If you‘re looking for a place where you can have immense impact and learn from all the incredible people around you, Luma is the place for you. In addition to that, the work is incredibly exciting, and the domain is ever evolving with Luma being at the forefront of research in interactive 3D and generative AI.
Cons
Things can be quite stressful sometimes, which is expected given that it‘s a small company.
