      There are no positive points

      Lumachain sells a dream brilliantly - the reality was a nightmare. Unethical handling of business, appalling borderline abusive treatment of staff. Even those who work night and day because they still believe the dream they were sold. Some time has passed since I left but I still have nightmares (literally) that I have been forced to go back there. You'll note the vagueness of the job title because I'm worried I'll get an abusive phone call if this is seen.

      Lots of amazing and highly talented people & free lunch on office days.

      Cons

      - Doesn't matter how many hours you put in, everything has to be done yesterday and it's your fault if it's not - Absolute chaos - Complete lack of responsibly from the top for when things go wrong
