A handful of coworkers are fantastic to learn from and great to be around.

Cons

If you consider yourself a smart individual, it would be a wise choice to work elsewhere. There are much better companies in which you will be better respected and will be able to uphold the integrity of your work. In my opinion, leadership has a lot to work on with how they treat their employees and how to run a company. Most of this is not noticeable at the surface but will render after a while, so take this warning into consideration before accepting an offer here.

Cool Product - Clueless Leadership

Product is unique and interesting (although comically overpriced).

Cons

Management has no idea what they are doing. Massive amount of new hires in 2025, then layoffs in early 2026 before anyone had a chance to build pipeline. The CEO desperately wants to be the next huge fortune 500 company, but has not even figured out how to run a startup.
