      -Remote options, but thats leaving soon -Solid parent company

      Cons

      -Constant shifting of leadership and titles -Little to no direction for either Lume or Mando brands -Leadership is constantly rolling out "big ideas" with no follow through -Very little promotional opportunities, raises, incentives if you are not in office in NY and on leadership

      - Remote - Minimum expectations

      Cons

      MOST teams are toxic (bullying, lying, blame-shifting, cliquey)... People aren't supported by their managers so they burn out and leave or get too scared of getting fired to say anything about the problems. Multiple people have been fired after talking about the bad treatment. If you just want to do your job in peace and can't keep your head down, stay away.
