      Prefessionals beware of this fraud company! girls should never join

      1. US Consultants are treated very badly 2. Girls are treated very badly, no respect at all and manager pass bad comment on every girl and owner support him. 3 Owner has very big ego, he care about no one just his profit 4. Owner fire employee after 2 month and dont give the salary 5. Owner says to employees he will fire them if employee don't write positive review on glassdoor 6. if you want to join this company, join for only 2 month then leave it

      1. No infrastructure and no any benefits, no incentives. 2. lot of pressure and shift extend daily upto 2 hours. 3. Owner abuses on conf call 4 too much micromanagement, you cant eat, drink, talk or go to washroom freely. 5. there is no appraisal 6. Owner will never appreciate your hard work 7. no one is old in this company because owner fire every one after 2 months. 8. manager is pathetic just like his english 9. Manager see every girl employee with bad intention and Owner support manager. No any girl should be join this company. 10. they fire you anytime without any notice

      Worst Company

      Pros

      This company helps you to forget everything as once you join it you can't think about others problems of your life and you will feel other problem are too small.

      Cons

      1. PRESSURE( Not getting option to bold it) 2. Micromanagement ( although micromanagement is small word) 3.You can't talk , eat or go on break with your colleagues during office hours. Even if you are going to washroom , please be ready with explanations :) 4. Full of Negative Environment which will not affect your professional life but your personal life as well. 5. Be ready for abusive words. 6. Be ready for politics in small team. 7. This is best for those who need job for few months only. Do not expect any stability. 8. Shifts are 10 to 11 hours per day.
