      Great work-life balance and a positive overall atmosphere. Compensation is competitive and the company culture is welcoming and collaborative. Benefits package is also provided.

      Cons

      The development process can be somewhat fast-paced and occasionally lacks structure. Processes are still maturing as the company grows, which can sometimes lead to shifting priorities. Communication across teams could be more streamlined.
