      Management style lacked clear communication and consistent guidance. Compensation was below industry expectations relative to responsibilities. Some processes and expectations were unclear, leading to unanswered questions. Opportunities to demonstrate skills and take on new challenges were sometimes limited due to decision-making delays.

      Possibly the worst company I've ever worked for.

      Can't think of anything positive

      Cons

      No training. Low pay. Insurance was the cheapest they could get in california. Infighting. Security incident with an India employee who took umbridge at the way a customer treated him, so he logged in and wiped out the SAN for that company.
