Sinking Ship - Proceed With Caution

Decent pay and flexible scheduling...that's about it. I made it out alive in just under a year.

Cons

-Incredibly toxic work environment -Company values are nonexistent and culture leaves a LOT to be desired -20 years in and the company is still growing like molasses -Poor leadership at the highest levels -Product is decent but lagging behind competitors (although the CEO will tell you it's the best in the market) - new versions of Nuance are miles ahead of LumenVox -Major issues retaining talent across all levels. When 15%+ of employees resign over 3-4mo, there's clearly a problem -GTM approach changes often -CEO is the biggest barrier to success -No consistency in messaging from leadership -Public bashing of former employees is rampant and horrible for morale If you value your sanity...run, fast, in the opposite direction

Position posted practically do not change and have same description for many years. Schedule was somewhat difficult to make work/life balance if you have a family. Benefits ok, strange holiday parties that may be fun for a younger generation. Company provides once a week lunch as a team-building event. Free parking. Occasional overtime is allowed.

Cons

High employee turnover rate. Micromanagement. Pay is below industry standard. Some inappropriate and unprofessional manners, what creates a toxic environment.

It’s a small company, you get to wear lots of hats. Which is another way of saying that they make you to Grant work quite of the time.

Cons

This is a lifestyle company that panders to senior executives including the owner. Terrible leadership that lacks strategic vision
