      Pros

      Salaries are among the highest within the industry, Very good benefit package considering the size of the company. Continuous communication with the managers. They are always willing to listen to any idea, or complaint and actually address it.

      Due to being a small company. the lack of opportunities with different companies, they still have very few contracts. but a lot of potential

      No growing opportunities within the company, no integration from management , no training, payroll issues, borderline suspicious on visa sponsorship, no health insurance or benefits, poor relocation aid
