      Pros

      No pros for working for this organisation. Do not be tempted, they have a limited skill set within there employees, and directors are selfish.

      Cons

      This organisation has caused me great mental and financial burden, please do not work for this organisation. They care little about its employees, after being offered a job, I had left my prior employer although Lumeon decided to withdraw the offer only days prior to starting. I am left with a huge financial burden and great mental stress, all because of managements inability have foresight and vision. This organisation has done little to nothing to compensate myself and others. Please avoid this company.

      So much potential wasted

      Pros

      Great primary concept - software that can really make a difference with a very innovative way of providing real immediate returns both financially and time/resource based

      Cons

      Very poor exec management, no real healthcare experience and no idea how to deliver a unique proposition into this sector. Masters in how to over complicate things from implementation to execution Business is definitely not managed by the CEO although he likes to think so. Pretends to be a large corporate business

      Some of the remaining team have passion Hard working ethic and perseverence Get done attitude from many even when circumstance and environment isnt best

      Cons

      Very weak management team mostly CEO and CMO Lacking of respect from managers and no clear company plan Fake reviews posted on regular basis which all sound same and several from management team (CMO etc)
