Good place for junior engineers to level up. Solid 401k match.

Cons

Since being acquired by GHX, the startup culture of Lumere has been slowly transitioning into bogged down and slow enterprise processes. Salaries not competitive with current market rates. Health insurance options are ok but not great.

Great leadership, innovative solutions, high-profile clients, a collaborative culture, fantastic growth opportunities.

Cons

Normal and expected challenges for early stage company pre-acquisition by GHX. Difficult to maintain unique Lumere culture, but leadership worked hard to do so.
