Pros
Lumerit has truly amazing people working for them. The combined potential of the "people assets" of this company is astounding. Lumerit is very innovative and willing to pivot quickly. They do a lot of things well.
Cons
Sometimes it's easy to take your talent for granted when you have so much of it. The leadership would benefit greatly from being more open in communication and care with employees, and finding ways to express value to them.
