Pros

The people are great while they are held onto, the location of the office is also a plus.

Cons

Get Started used to be a great place to work and could be again but the issues lie at the top so highly unlikely. Echoing what others have said here there are many issues which I can highlight a couple below: HR issues, I personally saw people being treated very poorly with little to no support. Turnover of key staff is huge just look at Linkedin at all the ex-employees. Clients are looked upon as to how much can be billed, not the outcomes despite all the fluffy talk - reality is completely different.

Pros

Positive culture, awesome people and interesting projects. I'm excited about my future with Get Started.

Cons

A growing business in a changing industry means that some processes are still being developed. If you don't like working collaboratively or have a fixed approach to problem solving then you may find this environment challenging.

Pros

I've worked in agencies for the past 7 years and that's because I love the variety of work and the amazing people you get to work with and learn from. However, something agencies are also well known for, is that they are traditionally fast-paced, ruthless and exhausting. Luminary is not that kind of agency. The culture of this place is a reflection of the kindness and passion its senior leaders have for their people. And, like other agencies, while the work is variable and exciting, the emphasis here is on sustainability and how an excellent culture creates excellent work.

Cons

There are no cons. Like any independent agency, you choose to work at Luminary for their independence, transparency and access to its owners, not for the highest salary available to you.
