      Nothing is best reson to work here, in 4year dint get single increment

      First thing job not secure in service department, Always hevy work pressure in service includes Sunday , no motivation nothing is there only company need work, after resignation no one is take ownership for full and final settlement,

      Best place to learn because you are your own trainer.

      Policy changes like every evening. HR is dummy, no policy are followed by managers. Just like Hitler fallow my rules.
