Cons
It is a very harrowing atmosphere which is highly political. In the name of family culture it just gets too much to handle with people poking their nose around in your personal life. Also it's extremely back biting kind of culture for lack of a better word. I would not recommend to join this company at all. There is no HR and no semblance of a corporate company, so you can imagine the lack of processes and you really need to be made up of some other material to survive in this kind of culture. Furthermore, it is a company which is extremely sales led and no other opinions are counted, with people with very high ego. I don't think you can learn anything from this rigid culture. Don't waste your time here. And most likely all the good reviews are work of the admin team!
