      Stay Far Far Away From Lumisource

      Pros

      Flexible Work Hours are a Plus if your willing to put up with every negative experience.

      Cons

      It is an incredibly tense environment with no respect or value to be seen for the workers. This place is either a revolving door or a black hole. People either never leave and get stuck there or arrive and leave ASAP. They don't bother announcing new employees since they don't stick around.

      -Monthly Team Lunches -Friendly employees

      Cons

      -Stressful Environment -Extremely Disorganized and contradicting directions -Lack of Management - Poor Benefits and PTO package - Severe Job Creep, constantly having to do many jobs outside of role - Small Company Environment, only about 30 employees -Quick turn around time for many employees -Little to no job growth -Lack of Company Culture and Work/ Life Balance, no ability to work from home

      Stressful Environment

      Pros

      Tight-knit group of employees. Monthly parties.

      Cons

      Very poor compensation, overworked with impossibly unattainable goals and exceptions, at times even ludicrous. Expect to be patronized, belittled and have your intellect insulted daily. Management insists on the attitude that employees are a 'dime a dozen'. If one leaves, another can be found to take their place.
