      Pros

      Lumleian has an interesting business model in flexible sourcing life sciences experts, allowing the company to quickly produce insights for clients. As in all startups, employees have the opportunity to learn about the industry quickly, and act in many different roles.

      Cons

      The company is disorganized in the execution and delivery of customer work, and frequently gives in to client requests for additional off-spec work. Management is often disrespectful to employees, and occasionally unethical in handling of vendors.
