Great management - little room for improvement

The team is amazing, the food is good (free meal each shift) and the job overall isn't very hard.

Cons

Worked there for a while and haven't gotten a raise. Usually, most companies do a yearly raise evaluation, but that doesn't apply to hospitality specialists. Kinda crazy.
