      Really smart people that are dedicated to the projects they work on and the customers that they work with.

      Cons

      The relationship between sales and the product engineering and production teams is abysmal. The company constantly overpromises and underdelivers. The CEO is completely disjointed from what the company actually does. Some people who are just awful and abusive are have been kept around for years.
