As a student you are employed by the university, which creates a stable financial condition. As you are employed you get the same access to healthcare and pension rights as a Swede. You also have full employment rights in combination with student rights. You are entitled to 28 days of paid vacation.
Cons
The city is small and the weather is bad, not many recreation possibilities are available. The people are not easy to socialize with. Relaxed attitude towards performance within an strong equality culture.
