Pros

Good sized company that does a great job with pushing you to grow in project management and seems to have opportunities for upward mobility. It was great working on high profile projects and gaining the experience of so many different aspects of large projects. The company had good employee benefits and a decent competitive salary.

Cons

Company does not appear to encourage different and diverse work styles and it feels the systems they have in place are fairly rigid. Being newer to the field, I had difficulty finding a good workflow solution that worked for both me and my team. It seemed there were different expectations amongst the whole group which caused friction with the team.

Get opportunity to work on big projects

Cons

Best if you are a follower/worker and don't have your own ideas. Long hours. Bad benefits (not much PTO, expensive health care, little 401k match) compared to other construction companies.
