Pros

Pays in USD (although is not a competitive salary)

Cons

All what I’m about to say could be checked with former employees (or even current). This is a company that has ZERO respect for work and life balance. They try to sell as the greatest option because they pay in dollars, but believe me when I say it’s not worth it. You’ll work 24/7 in a toxic environment which probably won’t change with any strategy because the one that creates it is the CEO & founder. They fire people for fun, and make sure that anytime you want to call them out on their mistakes they’ll fire you as soon as they can because the CEO won’t accept that he’s doing something wrong. Besides all of this, I think is very relevant to add that they treat their employees like numbers. Once you start working there, you’re not a human for them and after you leave they’ll keep inventing things to their employees to justify their unfair decisions (they don’t care if it’s a lie, they’ll tell that you’re doing sneaky things, you’re a drug addict or whatever they need to do to make it seem right). I learned a lot though. I’m glad they didn’t burn my talent but definitely would not recommend to anyone. Before getting into this prison call a former employee. Any positive thing that you see here probably was an order from the CEO to the current team, don’t trust that.

Pros

Lupa pay in USD with a contractor statement.

Cons

The CEO lacks leadership and manages as if we were in a factory. He speaks poorly of people, believes employees will betray him, and engages in micromanagement. Employees feel a sense of threat and pressure to be grateful for being paid well.

Pros

You met good people; however, the company experiences an extremely high turnover rate Salary is in USD but not competitive

Cons

I haven't written my review because most of my opinions have been expressed in other reviews. Yet, for those considering Lupa, it's crucial to decide wisely. My time there was the most dissatisfying in my career. The CEO fosters a toxic micromanagement culture, being not only rude but also an ineffective leader. No motivation, no accountability; he vents on the staff when things go wrong. Lupa, is a typical headhunter, touts an AI value proposition but relies solely on LinkedIn. No tools, low pay, high demands – a poor choice. Not recommended. No learning, no growth, and the salary is not competitive. I've witnessed positive reviews scripted by the CEO to mask their poor rating. If it's your last resort, consider it temporarily. If alternatives exist, choose any; they can't be worse than Lupa.
