Good starter company if you already have money to spend on life's necessities.
Cons
No communication or training between higher ups and new employees, condescending management, you are left to figure everything out all on your own, no career growth, terrible benefits package, and no company culture.
Lush Life promises an exciting life of parties, destinations and community in exchange for massive workloads and opportunities. You'll see interesting places (from your hotel window) and have plenty of (other people's) amazing photos to share.
Cons
No direction, no leadership, no ability to take the next step. Don't get too attached to any bartender or coworker, they'll be on management's bad side soon. Infighting, no appreciation for work, basically just toxic. Stay away.
This company does a LOT for the beverage trade which the corporate companys arent particularly good at. The travel perks and industry connections are great. They execute a lot of unique curated events in partnership with major Liquor companys. Both founders are very smart in their own way and have created something great. That said, they dont have experience running a business or managing people. One is socially awkward and the other is a little too social. Both dont focus on actually running a proper business. I dont even think the company generates money.
Cons
The company is founded by 2 friends who don't have experience working in the industry-they just have made a lot of friends in the industry by throwing cool events with different sponsors. Very little direction from management. Required to work crazy hours. Very scrappy start up style with no structure in place or funding.
