      Pros

      Lustre is a small company, and with that, each employee is allowed to tackle many different aspects of production, research, and everything in between. The office is located in Capitol Hill and the company atmosphere matches that. The balance of professionalism and creativity is just right.

      Cons

      With such a small company, some of the big-company perks are missing.

      Sometimes the workload and pay are not matching. People in the office in San Fransisco are in a different world than the rest of the international team who work from home.
