Management: no team structure/management, lot of politics/rumours, unjustified favouritism, unequal work division causing unhealthy competition, no proper communication, lack of consideration and respect of work experience and achievements/efforts, annual performance criteria are not clearly defined/unsaid but are expected anyway.
Tasks: legal secretary/junior level tasks even from middle level/senior lawyers, a lot of business development is expected without any budget, annual billable hours targets impossible to achieve.
Big turnover: a lot of people don’t stay more than a year.
