Pros
Great benefits, nice people, clean, great HR.
Cons
Not very organized. The leaders are not skilled in the industry they are leading in so it effects the way things are handled and how people are able to work (Pastors leading communications projects). Because of that, it is difficult to be creative or to think outside of the box - leaders aren't aware of the impact their lack of creativity has. This is a very traditional place so there isn't a free flow of ideas or collaborative work environment. Different perspectives don't seem to be welcomed. Also, because of weak leadership, it is difficult to judge the effectiveness of a program... and even it were, it wouldn't matter - as I said, this place is traditional - so what has been done, will continue to be done - because that is the way things were, and that is the way things shall be...
