If you work for or have worked for Life Space Communities this is the place for you. Current CEO (Sloan) has put Life Space Communities former Team Members in leadership roles. She has surrounded herself with people that will not challenge her decisions. Company is in financial straits. No bonuses, no cost of living raises (but current management get promoted with salary increases). Hiring freezes unless you are at the Corp. level. Cutting 403b employer matching. Health insurance premiums have increased. Numerous life, safety issues, not being addressed. Company has no money, but can paint and decorate the corporate office.

Terrible and very top heavy Executive management, do not value their long term employees, want better IT but too busy making their pockets bigger and not giving a budget for the innovative technology.
