The products are decent, but always seem to be late to market.

Cons

The CEO changes the upper management every 2-3 years. The last executive team was doing great and the company culture was doing very well. Then a new team of "CEO buddies" came in. I hear they have been totally irresponsible in their spending -- giving themselves bonuses, lavish personal compensation, etc. Nepotism and cronyism are rampant. If you are a manager, BEWARE because you can get chopped any day for no reason.

It’s refreshing to work with a group of people that have a common goal, with a company that delivers the absolute best in class products. 2021 will be record growth for the company, exciting times!!!!

The Lutronic North American distribution is the best of the best in an environment that is extremely competitive.

i've thought and thought and the only thing i can say is maybe juice up the marketing a bit but the company is postioned with great devices and great management
