      Pros

      Great employees that can get things accomplished. A lot of experience at the Production level up to management.

      Cons

      VP, Directors and managers have no clue about what is really going on in their managed area but will gladly take all credit when something great happens. Managers and directors just keep patting each other on the back and getting more raises and promotions....REALLY!!!! They make a lot of promises to get you to move there come to work for them but once you move there, they seem to have memory loss.

      Pros

      The coatings division, which I work for, is growing at an incredible pace and as of this writing is about to be sold off to Modene. There are many people retiring and new plants and processes being built if you can get in and stick it out there are chances for upward mobility if you can get into the office.

      Cons

      The company is so focused on technology driven solutions that they forget about the people. They are perpetually understaffed or bringing in temps who do sub par labor. They expect everyone to wear nine hats and will pull everyone in for overtime when they over promise to their customers. They invest in everything but their people.
