      -People in my department were the hardest workers I know and now they have to find other opportunities

      Cons

      -Bad Management -Matt didn't even give us the news or apologized for inconvenience of being laid off -Didn't offer any other positions even though there was an opening upstairs -Don't listen to our concerns in the company

      Quick employment to anyone willing to work

      Unorganized ... have no real follow through to run a steady consistent transportation business . Company turn over frequently.... , promise of 18 dollars but youll never get passed 16 . hazing while you work and while you train with Luther , be on your toes for this is one of the many companies that hire and fire for no real reason at all. Management conspires against you , no job security easily replaced. if i could give no star ratings I would have no question. beware of those smiling faces at Lax -ative bus America
