The most incompetent IT department in my career
Pros
Big free parking (including underground), discount for airline tickets. Very easy to imitate the work instead of actual work (doubtful pleasure, but if you are interested...)
Cons
Absolutely incompetent management of IT department. After 3 month of work, I came to my manager and said, that I still have nothing to do - nobody explained me on what we are working. He was surprised! He just did not know about that. And then - nothing. Next 3 month I continued doing nothing. I read news, worked on my own pet projects, etc. It was during my trial period. And I have passed it! Than I said, that I want to participate in one of projects. I asked my colleague (senior developer with 5+ years of experience), do we have business requirements for the project? He asked me: "What is business requirements?" He just did not know what is this! Everything else there is organized with the same level of quality.
