      Management favored women on easier jobs, and multiple incidents of sexual fraternization.

      Pros

      Pay was above average but not on par for Distilleries/Brewers/Teamsters in the area. Actually did have a pension plan, and the majority of workers stuck together as a team.

      Cons

      Management aren't qualified for their positions; managers without degrees nor experience in the shop. Intimidation and harassment in the form of write ups, people on FMLA having their paperwork thrown away or intimidated into not using it, sexual discriminiation, and laying off of workers while running one shift short of people.

      Pros

      The people working here are so great. The brands are fairly unknown but have some great potential. Pay/benefits are a little under the industry standard but still okay.

      Cons

      Ownership/upper management change direction and jobs frequently. They cut costs by cutting personnel but yet keep upping sales goals. If you are a female you will have to deal with sexual harassment in some regard because no one cares... They change job title/duties without even consulting with you first. This is a job not a career...
